Tucked away in the beautiful, rolling Sussex countryside Lodgefield Farm is located within the High Weald AONB.
Our glamping & holiday lets have different types of accommodations so you can book the property combinations that will best fit your needs.
Our holiday let properties sit in a stunning, secluded location at the centre of The Estate and all enjoy panoramic views across Sussex and down to the River Medway.
We are lucky enough to have many footpaths on The Farm that you can enjoy while staying with us – & while doing so you may even catch sight of our fantastic herd of Charolais cattle, or our donkeys (with their friend the goat!).
We have almost 200 acres of farm and woodland, housing new and ancient trees that are always carpeted in bluebells every spring.
One of the highlights of Lodgefield Farm is that you can enjoy our holiday lets as an individual party in one of our properties, or why not book all the properties together with a group?

Cart Lodge
As part of a working farm, Cart Lodge is small but perfectly formed tucked away just off the Lodgefields farmyard & comes with stunning views looking out over the rolling Sussex countryside.
With everything you need for a country escape for 2 it comprises of one large, bright, airy bedroom, an open plan multi-purpose kitchen/sitting room with doors opening out to the terrace and garden – the ultimate place to relax and unwind.
The contemporary bathroom is fitted with a large monsoon shower and bath, located just off the utility room- the perfect place for muddy boots and paws.
The Farmhouse
This attractive 4 bedroom, Grade II listed 17th century Farmhouse is approached via a private driveway and as with all our properties offers privacy and seclusion with stunning views and gardens for you to enjoy.
The Farmhouse comprises of almost 4,000 sq ft of space and retains many of its period features.
These include oak doors, exposed beams & open fireplaces, but we have combined these with the contemporary features and finishes that you would expect including a new open plan kitchen/breakfast room that faces East and opens out onto the terrace where the stunning views over The Medway Valley can be enjoyed.
The gardens are a real feature of this property & include stone terraces that lead to a rose garden and lawn that are edged & complimented by a wilder wooded area.
